7 Hours of 7 Mile ’09

There are only 10 team spots left in the inaugural ’7 Hours of 7 Mile’ mountain bike race being held at 7 Mile Reserve on the Saturday 18th April 2009 (that’s only 2 weeks away).
The secret course has been set (you may notice a few little links being created in the next week or so), we are in the process of giving parts of the up-track a bit of a vamp up and creating a ‘few surprises’ in the transition area.  Of course there will be a BBQ running most of the day (thanks to Bidvest for the food) and Revolver will be playing music at Wilson Bay.
Most importantly, this race is a fun fundraising event to raise money for the future expansion of the 7 Mile area.  We therefore want to see as many local riders supporting the club as possible.
Entry forms are available on the website www.queenstownmtb.co.nz.  If you want to reserve a spot while you get your entry form sorted please email carey@vivianespie.co.nz.
Be in quick to avoid dissapointment!
