Members are invited to a Special General Meeting at 8.30pm on 9th January 2012 at the World Bar, 27 Shotover Street, Queenstown. The purpose of the meeting is to amend the wording of the Club’s Constituiton and Rules in order to meet the requirements of local funding bodies. Full details can be found in the attached documents.
We need a quorum of 25 current members to be present to vote on the night so please come along if you can.

This Sat 3/12 from 3pm is the official opening of the world famous Gorge Road dirt jumps as the seasonal dirt jumpers roll into town.
Gourmet BBQ out on by QMTBC’s culinary experts and pumping beats by local DJ’s!
Oh yeah, riders throwing down on the best public jumps in NZ too!
Change of plans due to this mornings rain. 7 mile car park at 6pm for the R&R ride this evening. Van leaving at 5.30 from the shop. 5 seats in the van, we were full last time so please let them know if you want a lift by phoning the shop or on their facebook page!
Come along on Wednesday night and help the club start the new trail network. We are building a new XC trail into 7 Mile that will eventually link to a new singletrack going up to Moke Lake. Come along and help, the sooner we get it finished the sooner we can start on the next XC trail! Ya’all asked for it, come along and help build it! Meet at the 7 Mile car park at 6pm or whenever you can and join in.
Come along and join the club and Outside sports ladies for a fun social ride at Queenstown Bike Park. Just roll on up to the Skyline ticket office from 5pm and give them the secret code – “ladies night ride” for a discounted pass. Alternatively rock on out to the 7 Mile car park@ 6pm and help the club build the new trail into 7 Mile!
