QMTBC Strategic Plan - Open for Feedback
Queenstown Mountain Bike Club has been working on a strategic plan and were just about done! This plan outlines our vision for how Queenstown mountain biking will develop over the next ten years and covers the challenges we expect to face along the way.
We presented a version of this document at our AGM, and we' have since incorporated feedback from that event and are now asking our members and any other interested parties to take a look and let us know what they think.
It is our hope that this plan will help the club secure significant funding from local government, and to help make our case when negotiating land access.
